We offer free shipping on all our products.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 10:00am-18:00pm.

Any and all orders and emails sent on the weekend will be shipped/responded to the following business day. 

Preorder/Made to order only items have separate delivery dates and may take up to three weeks.  

International orders can take between 10 and 20 working days shipping time.

Shipments are made with PostNord or DHL and the tracking number will be emailed once the item is dispatched please check your junk/spam folder. 


We hope you are satisfied with your John Sterner order, however if for any reason you are not you must return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned parcels will be refunded within 3 working days once the parcel is received if not sooner.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please email us for a returns address and post the parcel back to the address on the returns slip. We will not be held liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest that you send your parcel via a ‘Tracked/Signed For’ service.
The returned item(s) must:
- Be in perfect condition
- The swing tag must not have been tampered with or removed
- Free from any stains and unworn


Inorder to exchange an item please fill out the required colour or size on the returns slip or send us an email.
Return postage is at your own cost and further postage costs may be incurred.
